JK 2011 - 31 March closing date approaches

Tomorrow is 31 March, the deadline for JK Individual entries.

(Having said that, I will still be taking Individual entries, up to midnight on Sunday 17 April, or as long as the maps last. However, after midnight on 31 March, it will cost you £2 per person per class extra )

If you've entered, it would be a good idea to make sure that you are on the entry list ... Last year, I had several people who thought they'd entered but didn't check the start lists until they were ready to travel (as in, on the Thursday before Day 1). They had a horrible shock when they found that they'd booked accommodation, made their travel arrangements but actually forgotten to do their entries. It cost them a lot of dosh ...

JK Individual online entry is closing - please use the Waiting List option

We are now preparing the Start Lists. That means that the online entry system has to close (because whilst it is open, competitors can still amend their details including their class, so we need to freeze it).

However, you can still have a late entry via the Waiting List. Log onto SiEntries in the normal way, go the JK Individual entry page and agree to go onto the Waiting List; I will then accept your entry for as long as we have maps. Extremely late entry fees still apply. If you wish to make late purchases (parking permits, accommodation etc), there is a contact email address on the JK Individual entry page of the SiEntries website to request this.

I am wondering when car parking passes are due to be posted (if indeed they are being posted). I leave home for Ireland next Friday.

The packing and posting party is imminent. As soon as they have done their stuff, I will email all competitors to let them know to expect something in the post.
