Check with CompassPoint - Rick sorted my battery problem, some company in the Lakes, can't remember exactly.

Battery didn't charge and claimed it was full when plugged in, then gave no power when switched on - I sent both battery and charger back and got a new battery within a few days, the charger was fine.
