I'm trying to decide whether you were disappointed, or glad, to miss the trip through injury! ;)

The forest was excellent, if a bit steep. Like a really nice version of the Forest of Dean. Course planning was also quite good, apart from the four consecutive legs that we ran in the opposite direction to another course. Lazy planning.
