Bulletin 1 for the City of London race is now available on the website for this year's race. In English, French, Portuguese, Norwegian... As well as preliminary course details it also gives an approximate location for the Assembly Arena to help people making early accommodation and travel arrangements. Entries open in April.
On the Sunday LOK are planning to put on an ultrasprint maze race along the lines of the Orient'Show. The likely venue is Regents Park so both days will be easily accessible by public transport.

I've already booked City Road Travelodge for £29 Friday night and Globe tickets for Friday afternoon. Maybe on University run on Sunday so can't stay longer and take in the Proms in the Park.

Good pick. You should have about a 15 minute walk to Assembly

A little bit sad, actually, if totally honest. If to be competitive in the UKMC, the course will (for an M50) be even shorter than last year, and this is one of the very few events where I really like getting my money's worth, it's so enjoyable! Of course, always the option of running up out of class (as did the first two years) and not going for UKMC points.
Anyway, whatever, already really looking forward to the weekend - one of the genuine 'must-do's of the year, looking even more so with the Sunday addition.
