Any orienteers in the London area interested?
Could be a good plug for orienteering if someone got featured

Forget the glamour, sponsorship and fame associated with professional sport. An amateur sports-person will often train as hard as a professional whilst continuing a full time job. Only their passion and drive keeps them going.
Are you a passionate die-hard runner living in the London area? We are looking for London runners simply because it is easiest for us to make contact (being based here). If you are based near or around London we would still love to hear from you and learn about your experiences.
Do you fill all your spare time with training and taking part in events?
We are trying to learn more about amateur runners; what drives you, the problems you face and the sacrifices that are made along the way.
We are in the preliminary stages of an independent documentary on amateur sportsmen and women, and are looking for people willing to talk to us on camera about their experiences. This will be used as footage for a trailer, which in turn will be used to secure further funding for the documentary. Ideally we will find people who may be able to play a larger part in the entire program, but at this stage we simply want a chance to chat to people. We will not need much of your time.
We want to show runners in a positive light. This is an independent documentary, we are not looking for celebrities or trying to humiliate anyone. We simply want to learn about the people who love what they do and the passion that drives them.
Please get in touch if this is of interest.
Thanks
Alex and Jack
