This would seem to be highly likely as they have shoehorned in 21 people at the moment into a 45 minute start block on the Blue (11.00 - 11.45). since this is an Interland Selection I would have hoped that they would have enforced segregation and some seeding.

From the Stoodley Pike Final Details:

As this is also a selection race, we are asking seniors who wish to be considered for the English Interland Team to make themselves known to the start officials who will ensure you start at least 4 minutes apart from another runner in the selection race on your course. We have a list of seeded juniors and will use this to also ensure the 4 minute guideline is adopted for them. We hope this is a fair compromise between those involved in the selection races and the others who appreciate the convenience of the open start system.

Personally I'd rather they'd allocated start times, but this should be an improvement over what happened at the Caddihoe.

i think its ridiculous at all of last years interland races there were start times it seems ridiculous that they have decided not to have any.
they could just give the juniors and seniors who are going for interland selection start times.......

but maybe thats a bit to logical ?

Nice attitude Speedy. When you grow up you'll hopefully realise that "they" are in fact "us" and if "they" didnt spend hours organising events for "us" then "us" (apologies for grammar) wouldnt have any events to go to!
