Travel insurance would appear to be a good thing as long as they pay for over a week in a Swiss Hospital, a new flight, and medical evacuation. However do they actually mind how many nights hospital fees they pay for. Despite having 2 working telephone numbers for Margaret they have never rung her. Instead they speak to non English speaking staff, fail to communicate, fail to amass faxed forms (or the hospital doesn't send them) and do absolutely nothing when no form arrives, whilst not telling Margaret that the form i needed!!!!!!
It looks as though it is goingt be a minimum of 3 extra nights solely because of beaurocratic bungling
