Re: WOC selection races
I suspect an afternoon start would put off more people who have to travel some distance to the SOL than we'd gain in keen elite folk who still have some energy after a knackering race in the morning on the other coast.

In the oentries home page, click on GBR World Champs test races, then scroll down and click on the race you are interested in ie Srint, middle, long. Big blue button underneath the "GBR WOC test" title: "View entries".

Re: WOC selection races
Scotland is big enough to hold a SOL and a special selection race, on different sides of the country on the same day - particularly as the sel race will not attract many who have attended the SOL (most will be from England or Scandinavia). There are so many races and so few weekends (particularly at this time of year) that some clashes are inevitable.

Anyone know any more details for this event. I'm due to leave in 2 days and have no idea what we're doing yet!

Re: WOC selection races
As it's being organised directly by BOF you'll probably find that everyone has been gagged & aren't allowed to tell you anything

Just check yourselves for ticks. I've hosted a few this weekend.
But there's some glorious terrain.
