Woodcarving
I have an idea for a trophy for one of our competitions, but it would need someone to do a wood carving. Does anyone know of a good supplier/artist/clever person who could do this. We have some money to spend on this to make it a trophy worthy of someone's mantlepiece, but we can't afford Damien Hirst. Suggestions or PM's gratefully received.

Mike Murray of SLOW is a very talented woodworker as is Matt Speake of EBOR.

Rob Horlock (ex-RAFO) does the odd event in Devon now and turned the Judith Wingham Trophy which the Irish and Welsh Juniors compete for each year in the WJHI.

Thanks for those leads.

A little harsh, I've never thought of Mrs H as being that!

What does he mean?
This is true - but he doesn't do it for a hobby
You wouldn't believe how much I had to pay him to make the MADO family trophy for the HOC champs
