Do either of these exist this year, a quick google doesn't show up anything, nothing jumps out on B-O site and nothing on http://www.ednash.com/ukcupdb/index.php

BOF are very keen for the hosting to be brought in house, but at the moment the rankings/results system is their priority. Duncan Archer is the new UK Cup co-ordinator, and he's managed to get some info up - see http://www.ukcup.org.uk - I'm working to do the same for the UKRL, but it will be the usual three to count from BRC, JK Relays, Scottish and Harvester.

As Scott said, I've passed over handling the standings to Duncan - he's got all the code and the existing database so I expect the results from the last few years will also go into the new system once he's got it up and running.

Since I've been a little afraid to tinker with the code the last couple of years as some of it was rather 'interesting' then I'm not surprised that it's taking a while.

Once the new stuff is running I'll set up a redirect on my site so hopefully the transition will be fairly painless.
