New Rules & Guidelines

An early Christmas present from BOF: the new event rules and guidelines appear to have been snuck onto the website while nobody was looking. You can find them here. I've not actually read them yet, so this may actually be a very boring piece of news.

Also, it seems that Appendices C, F, G and I of the BOF Rules of Orienteering have been updated (and I know that an updated Appenxdix K should be with us soon).
