Given that the BOF FC agreement ran until December 2008, what exists now?
Anything? Or nothing in writing? Or just carry on as before?

Re: Forestry Commission agreement?
Had an invoice from them today and they are stil charging the some amount.
Interestingly they are trying to charge us for the number of entries, whereas the agreement says number of competitors. Makes a £50 difference as no shows tip it from one category to the other.

Re: Forestry Commission agreement?
In EA the FC use a form that still refers to L1-L5 events - so I'll just put down L4 for the simple colour coded event and hope I get invoiced as before. It also list charges for many other types of events and (whisper very quietly) we do rather well - so lets not have any Nopesport awkwardness in dealing with FC or massaging figures because that could come back to bite the whole sport big time.

Any news on this? Has anyone informed the FC of the new event structure? Not surprisingly perhaps they have just charged us the C3 rate for an L3 event.

Why not email Mike Hamilton at the BOF office to find out? If something does need to be sorted out, it might remind them; if it is all sorted then get them to publicise!
