Results comming in for first day. Looks to of been relativly short only 5.24 for the leading elite team. Which they had the map up as there look to of been big changes at no 10 just quater of an hour from the finish. Steve B and Jethro lost the lead loosing 10 mins to be second and Oli and Rob look to of been 3rd befor it and then lost half an hour to be 5th.

Thanks for posting those results, sitting in Vancouver wondering what's going on... really glad they finished since Oli kept getting random niggles in the last 10 days! Hope there wasn't something wrong with that control (well I kind of hope there was I suppose!)

Can't believe people are still going on about Oli and Rob cheating. Oli's log talks about getting pushed along by Rob and Craney - he never even saw Craney. People need to get over it!

Looks like Nick Barrable and partner have a comfortable cushion of110 points on short score.

And Darrell High and partner look to have a good lead on Long Score - hope he manages to keep it as he's had so many 2nd places at the OMM/KIMM, and he deserves to win it some time!

Oh no, half the long score class including Dave P have been disqualified for missing a compulsary control. Presume that was a not reading your pre-event instructions thoroughly enough problem. Shame.

No they didn't I managed to click on last years results by mistake where obviously some of the controls were missed. That's a relief. That'll teach me not to just click on "Saturday long course results" in history.

Some good results from orienteers. Doug Tullie/John Rocke won A class by a huge margin: Dareel High and Nigel Bunn won the Long Score, as did Jonny Crickmore and Nick Barrable

Dave P's still not back on his long score. Looks like lots of long score competitors either couldn't be bothered going the distance today or seriously overestimated how long their chosen route would take them.

Great fun - found out I was running B on my first ever MM last Monday, 5th overnight and gained a place today - even with some dodgy bearings from myself and my partner confusing his left and right all day! Bit of working with other teams on #6 which was gutting as we killed them off on that leg until we all went too far right and met up again Some interesting planning, sending us bum-sliding down the steepest slope EVER to #9 just to slog back up it again! (as we were heading up Oli and Rob were going down, Oli on his arse, Rob saying something about not wanting to rip anything.)
Good show from ShUOC runners - John 1st on A, Cal and J 2nd on C (despite daft nav!), Neill and I in 4th on B

There was a problem with control BR, it failed during the day and a replacement put out causing some issues with the splits on the long & medium score courses.
