Looks like only 5 M21 from England... so not even a full team... so no chance of winning the relays

Sadly not, although I'm considering trying to get an unofficial KERNO team together for SHI 2011, when it's combined with the November Classic. I reckon an M21 team of Collier, Hargreaves, Hargreaves, Henderson, Newall, Boyt would be able to give the Welsh and Irish a run for their money

only top 2 of 3 teams to count, at least 1 M20 in each team so they can win the relays, whether they do or not is another matter!

Re: Final SHI selections
Interesting to compare the scottish guys team with the last one that travelled to N. Ireland for SHI 2005. Then we only had one proper M21!
Team 2005*:
James Tullie, (M20)
Murray Strain, (M21)
Fraser Purves, (M35?)
Patrick Walder, (M35?)
Jon Musgrave, (M40)
Graeme Ackland (M40)
Team 2009
Scott Fraser
Oleg Chepelin
Murray Strain
Mark Nixon
Doug Tullie
Duncan Coombs
OK, so there were mitigating factors in 2005, but I think it says something about the current scottish team spirit that we're sending such a strong team this year. Plus good signs for the future, given that I'm the oldest guy in the team!
*we still won though:

Ahhh - 2005 - joyful memories! Spoilt only by Tullie sprinting away from me at the last control - showing no respect for his elders

Re: Final SHI selections
2005 - my international debut as a 21 (even if not a proper one
), and the oldest man on the relay team (um, older than the other two added together actually).
But - chicken-counters take note - we won, and the both the old guys counted.
Happy days! (or technically, happy day, since I never got picked again).
Good luck to the Scots at the weekend, dodgy grannies included.

Assuming -
* scoring is the same as last year
* I have worked it out correctly
here are the points overnight.
Edit:: As Andy posts below, I got it wrong so I have removed the erroneous version he refers to.
Well done Scotland

Who won the individual competition??
They aren't. Ignore Mr SIman, he's wrong, first time ever!
My 'attempt' at getting the overnight scores was using the old system and wasn't far off (I transposed eng/wal on W20, apologies!), BUT they have changed the scoring system for this year.
The correct overall standings (as verified by My J Rye (therefore correct!!!

link is at the top of the page
Scotland won the individual
