Major advance events calendar?

I was wondering if there is, somewhere on the British Orienteering website, a major events advance calendar? There used to be, something with the major championships, the JK, and regional events (now presumably level 2 events), and such like. I know I can look at the long list of all events, but I just wanted to see, at one glance, the major ones. Is that list still available somewhere?

For reasons as yet unexplained, the Major events listing that BOF produce is only available to Fixtures secretaries. However, there is a work around ....

Try looking on the menu on EAOA Fixtures web site. Providing you still remember your BOF login you will be able to download a major events list.

Any BOF member can also print a bespoke detailed BOF fixture list from the same menu ( just like we used to have before the new system was introduced !)

Thank you, both Paul and Clive, that was what I needed. The link from the EAOA website was especially helpful, hopefully that list will become linked form the main BOF site at some point soon. Many thanks again!

Well..... I did ask BOF before Easter to explain why the Fixture list print and the Major events listings were hidden away on the "Fixture Secretaries only" menu. The "official" response...

"it has been decided"

I believe work may restart to introduce refinements to the BOF fixture system facilities in the autumn. There were quite a few things on the "still to do " list that was prepared prior to the last National Fixtures meeting.

But ... if you want these particular facilities on the public menu you will have to lobby hard for this to happen.
