Is anyone else going to the Italian 5-days in Puglia, October 5th to 9th? Terrain and maps look good.
Puglia 5-days
We're going, and I've just started looking at travel options, but am finding it a bit tricky. Nearest airports are Bari and Foggia, but not many airlines fly to those frequently from the UK. Other options seem to be Naples and Rome, but that'll involve a drive of at least 4 hours I guess across Italy. I need to get back to the UK on the Friday, after the morning event.
Has anyone that's been to the area before got any suggestions? Thanks!

Alitalia have a flight from Bari to Heathrow at 14.25 (change in Milan) on the 9th although it might be an unwanted trek up to Sheffield after that. £188 return.

Now that we know the Chester race is on Sunday not Saturday, it means we can return from Italy on Saturday. We're flying to Pescara. People keep telling me the Umbra forest terrain is great. Anyone else going?
