Oringen entries

I am struggling with the Oringen entry system. The club isn't on the list of available clubs and if I just type in the name it doesn't get saved and the list of courses that are available is only that for clubless people. I'm sure I'm being incredibly dense but I can't work out what I'm supposed to do. Anyone got any advice?

It seems that I must need to register the club but I can't find out how to do that!
