Lincolnshire Bomber Weekend

Just to let keen forumites know that entries are now being accepted for the biannual Lincs Bomber weekend (25th/26th April).

Relays on the Saturday (teams of 3) at Riseholme Park (nr Lincoln) and a 20k Long 0 (plus colour coded event) on the wonderfully runnable Earl Of Yarborough estate near Caistor - all off-road and all in woods - what is there not to love about that!

If you're really keen, you could make it a Lincolnshire 5 day event -
22nd - HALO Lincolnshire Poacher evening race
23rd - LOG summer series evening race
24th - Day off - visit the historic city of Lincoln, or have a day by the seaside...
25th - Relays
26th - Long O/colour coded event

The Relay Details just say "Mass Start", do all 3 legs start at the same time eg White Rose Relays or follow standard format?

Will you be able to choose which course you run first or is there a set running order or will it be random?

Thinking of entering with two Juniors and would like to select running order.

A gentle reminder, now that JK fever has past, that the Bomber entries close this weekend - Midnight Sunday 19th April 2009.

Strider is absolutely right - the LongO is incredibly runnable - that's not White Rose runnable or North Wales runnable that's short fat middle-aged bloke with dodgy ankles runnable
