Empty envelopes

If you receive an apparently empty envelope through the post, look very carefully before throwing it away. It may contain a tiny JK parking sticker.

Huge envelope (9x4), for a tiny sticker (3x1)!! I''m sure they'd have saved a lot of money with smaller envelopes :?
