Them were the days!
Currently available on the Airienteers website is a video of a programme "Making the Most of" made at an Aire event back in 1986 at Brimham Rocks. Includes interviews with a 16-year old Lard (at 6minutes), Wendles (who's obviously a lot more competitive nowadays by the sound of it!) and a VERY young Becks (at 10 minutes). They, and others, appear throughout too. Very 80's it is too!

Excellent- Despite being dated, I thought it was good coverage. Looked like a lovely summers evening and great fun even with the bracken.

Especially as you can probably (!) move a bit faster nowadays than then (and I'm definitely a bit slower). Shows some of the dangers of becoming a child star!

Brilliant, takes me back to school trips to B Rocks back in the 60's. Mind you we also visited a slaughter house at weatherby, watched a few pigs end their days and they ten gave us a few pork pies that we ate in the afternoon at B Rocks. And that was primary school. times change.
