Start times for National Event on Sunday
Anyone know where we can find these? Final details are on HH web site but not times and there's no indication of when they'll be available.

There's a link from the HH website, but the start times aren't posted yet.

Old Man,
The entries team are working very hard on finishing the start list at the moment.
They have had a real challenge as nearly 400 people entered in the last 36 hours before the closing date
.
Furthermore, we received a number of requests for late entry after closing date, which the entry team are doing their best to accommodate.
You will probably realise that Interland separation requirements and Championship seeding make things quite complex for the team - please be patient and wewill get the webmaster to post the list very soon. I'll post here when they are on the website.

Re: Start times for National Event on Sunday
madmike, thank you very much for advising on the start time status and the complexities faced by the start time team.
I emphasise that I was not complaining, merely wondering if somehow I had missed the info I needed to plan my Sunday.
I also appreciate the extra task you've committed to by posting here when start times are available.

Oldman,
I most certainly didn't take it as a complaint but wanted everyone to know where we are because I'm pretty sure you are not the only one wondering where the start times were
Everyone,
Start times, less Interland, will run from 1030-1300ish. Some courses have someone starting at every minute for over 2 hrs 15 minutes. My advice is to make sure you don't miss your allocated timed start as you may have to wait a long time for a vacant slot.

Re: Start times for National Event on Sunday
OT-ish but not worth a new thread - can I assume the event will be O-signed from the A355 northbound from Slough?
Many people will be coming from the M4 side, but the Final Details only mention signing from the M40 junction. That might mean missing the turn (presumably somewhere around Farnham Royal) if there are no south-facing signs.

just follow the A355 all the way to 50M short of J2 of M40 and turn left

Thanks - that's somewhat further north than I was expecting so it wouldn't have been a big detour ...

Car Park is north of that used in previous events - see you on Sunday,
I'll put a sign for the left turn for those of you coimng north on the A355 but would ask that where possible people come in off the M40 and use the filter lane at the second set of lights to turn right. If you are coming west along the M4 then my recomendation is to come off at J8/9 and take A404(M) to M40 J4 then hang a right on the M40 and down to junction 2 and take A355 south.

Assume that the Elite Starts are seeded? Number 2 son asked for an early start and got one just before 12.30
