Village hall accommodation in Epping/Hatfield area

does anyone know about village hall/other cheapish accommodation in the Epping area, or possibly extending out towards Potters Bar/Hatfield?

There is a village hall at High Beach that is used for the Rodings Rally each year. See http://www.communigate.co.uk/london/efog/page17.phtml for details and for contact info of the organiser who I would imagine should be able to put you in touch with the hall management.
