Sometimes I wonder, who spends all their time looking for these things? They may have done it for a thesis or something, but you're actually looking for the article? Why do you want to know what the strongest way to lace up a shoe is?

ah young micheal i am also a member of another website dedicated to another sport where the people on there have jobs which enable them to look for this rubbish. i just transfer it over and claim it as my own.

Not our local madhouse - he's actually from Scotland and travels down to teach in Oxford and at Open in MK for 2 or 3 days every week. and he took 12 years to submit his PhD...

Those proofs for the optimal soe tying knot have been covered again and again in an undergrad course in mathmatics at warwick - Knot theory. 'tis easy as pie.
