Risk Assessment for City Race

Has anyone got a risk assessment for a city race we could have a look at to save starting from scratch?
Clare is organising the Cambridge race soon.

Given that it is a relatively new discipline and has extra, new, potentially high risk factors compared to conventional events shouldn't this be obviously available on the BOF website?

If the location in Cambridge is where I think it is then cycles are far more a hazard than your average O event.

NOC also considering a City Race and would welcome access to such documentation. Can this be available through the BO website?
