Can you get Icebugs in the UK??? I'm just back from my afternoon jaunt round the local park.... the last couple of days have been sheet ice everywhere - even studded tyres are sliding... but Icebugs... perfect grip

i have a pair! Also snow grabber type things rubber you can pull on over any running shoes are good. I have some cr*ppy ones from the supermarket but there are more hi tech ones available in running shops here. Essential for Trondheim winter running. Running conditions are horrific just now, I think I'll have fly down to the Canaries on Sunday...

Yes I've seen them for sale in the UK. But am I missing something here? Or have I wandered onto a different forum (still looks like Nopesport)? Because I've always found normal metal-studded O shoes work well on ice.
