I must agree with the fantastic evening -just to make you all jealous.... it was even better watching it in person just had to be quick to get your ticket in the 45 mins before they sold out.
Chris Hoy had the biggest support in the live audience so was a popular winner!

Mick Woods has quite a training group at AFD, Andy Vernon and Ben Lindsay are also part of the that group. In addition one of my club members Mitch Goose who was third scorer for junior men is at uni at St Mary's at trains with the group as well.

Mick Woods has been my running coach now for a month and my speed has rapidly improved in such a short space of time. He was helpful and keen to help me when I asked him to develop my physical side for orienteering.

At AFD he trains a number of talented athletes and his training is pretty hardcore and effective. He devotes his time to so many athletes and is a great coach

No wonder the juniors are doing so well
