Well it is Estonia, lots of blue and green. speeds are relatively slow so lots of messy granular green stuff?

500m average control spacing......some longer legs in there, maybe to avoid really messy stuff

Good chance for high final position.

Is it 3 or 4 members in a Relay team? I seem to remember when the girls won a few years ago there were 4 of them?

4 per team in the relays, with legs 1 and 2 being longer.

The last time I heard from Helen she thought that the women's team would be: Mhairi, Helen, Heather then Rachael. I know that 2 years ago they got gold and 4 years ago it was silver - memory getting a bit hazy before that but I think it was gold 6 years ago.
