Re: Lost
I'm still watching, Nailest, having caught up to 'There's No Place like Home pt1' and I am now seriously LOST. My aged brain does not work as fiendishly as yours in remembering the minutest of details so I've had to write main events down from the 3 episodes I've just watched in my LOSTfest. It's just a list of questions about things I don't understand! I may well PM you with some of those questions so I avoid 'spoiling'. Move the island? It's beginning to resemble MYST (same last two letters - coincidence???

Re: Lost
If you want a "happy" ending, then stop watching the finale about ten minutes from the end and never look back. If you want a confusing, ambiguous, WTF? ending (business as usual) then just keep on going.
If you are confused, then lostpedia is a handy resource (but probably an idea not to look there before you've seen the end of the season)

Re: Lost
So I've now watched the lasts two episodes and I just knew it would be John in the coffin, but why? He was the new Moses! The whole bit in the Orchid, and island moving, was MYST revisited so my earlier theory stands up. I'm going to have to survive on Heroes now till we find out if the gang reform and head out over the ocean. Thanks for the musings Nailest!
Harry, the word amongs the airways is that LOST will return January 2009.

Re: Lost
I liked it overall. Loved the island story's "ending", (and there was only ever one shot we could close on). Not too keen on the off-island ending at first viewing, but I suspect it will grow on me.

Re: Lost
Good to meet up again folks, maybe we are all destined to be together......cue spooky music! I loved it (soggy hankies in testament) till the minute the stained glass windows hove into view (even if they were multi-faith) but then I liked 'the explanation' on the blog and so I can live with that. What are we watching next?
