Re: EGM etc
Proposal 1 was passed (something like 77% votes for), so British Orienteering Council will now be replaced by a Board of Directors with the Chief Executive being a voting member of the Board.

Noticed there was nothing at all in way of a reminder on BOF front page last week.... maybe it was hidden in the depths:)

And I would have thought that by 11:30 on a Monday after such an important decision was taken that they might have managed something.... but I thought wrong (and that's 11:30 GB time not Lietuvos time)

Re: EGM etc
I don't want to start a round of BOF bashing, but I would like to suggest the date chosen wasn't exactly ideal, with many of us getting blown out of our ponds that night in some valley in southern Scotland. It's the one Saturday night fixed in the calendar you can guarantee a whole bunch of orienteers won't be able to go.
We could've done proxy votes, but if there's discussion at the meeting this could sway the way one votes, hence I left the voting to those there to listen to the discussions.
