I have now knocked the 2007 list into what I think is a more useable format that shows eligibility for each YBT course. Before I do the same for 2006 and 2005 lists I would appreciate feedback from other people who have an interest. As I said in a previous thread I'll be at Peter Palmers this weekend and can take a laptop with the file on.
I have not yet worked on the listing of missing results but that should be pretty quick.
One thing I make no claims about is the completeness of the data. This depends on results being submitted, although I have some ideas on how this can be tackled....

Who said anything about an all singing all dancing web site? I'd just like to be able to find results from all Regional and National events that happened last year! I really don't understand why this should cost a lot of money (but then again, I'm no IT expert).

But the ranking system doesn't let me see results for junior classes. So... perhaps all I'm actually asking is for the ranking system to allow me to view results for junior classes (NB not to calculate rankings for junior classes, just to let me see the results)! How hard would that be? (Guess I should ask Mike Cumpstey!)

Forgive me if I'm being naive, but wouldn't any junior who got three gold standards in one age group go and claim their gold badge (or certificate, or whatever)? In which case, the information should be readily available, since it's published in "Focus".
As far as having all results on one web site is concerned, this ought to be trivial as long as it's just a matter of supplying a file, with no complicated rules about format etc.

Roadrunner, there are two reasons why juniors (and their parents) don't always know what Gold standards they have and have not achieved:
1) Badge times are generally not published until some time after the event (and in some cases not at all!) and are often simply published as a list of times which you then have to cross-reference into the results list to work out who has achieved what standard (whereas the best results lists include the badge times actually in the list so that you can see at a glance who is above each line and who below it);
2) With juniors now running a combination of age classes at National events, and ageless junior classes at Regional events, it is often difficult to remember how many of what standard each junior has achieved at each!
And so far as Focus being a useful source of such info, this relies on us parents being diligent in sending off for the badge/certificate which I'm afraid some (many?) of us aren't
