He has been running for OUOC this term, I don't think he is "for sure" Per. He could be on a sabatical from commentry but as an M40 he might be "a little too late".

this has been picked up by a few people recently. Unfortunately not *the* Per Forsberg, but a visiting academic over in Oxford for a while. It must be a fairly common Swedish name anyway...-
