(noting the repeated lumping together of herbalism which has some merits and homeopathy which doesn't) It's worse than that with homeopathy - the effectiveness has been scientifically disproven! I suspect most people involved aren't crooks though, but genuinely believe in what they're doing, after all it does require belief for homeopathy to have any effect at all
