We're ready to spectate here in denmark. The athletes said at the picnic last night they are ready to go. Predictions please....

Hard to see beyond the usual suspects in the women's race... think the Finns might pull it off. Think there might be a bit of a surprise in the medals among the men....

The open areas look very lush with some deep heather, but the girls seem to be picking their way through it pretty well. Quite different to the classic race terrain. Definitely a very nasty climb to the last control. :lol:

Since the Danish Cross COuntry Champs my money has been on Jamie to give his best performance in the Middle - medal.
