Well it kicks off in around 15 mins with Nopesports favourite Lith starting first... let's hope.... no, no need for hope... let's believe that our GBR boys & girls will repeat yesterday's performances & get a clean sweep through to the finals on Thursday...........

JD's caught 30secs on Nordberg the leader to 7.3km
Jamies 2nd at 3km - beating Thierry!
Jenny's maybe got a chance but Rach looks to be focusing on the middle.

Much better second half for Rach - only lost another 2 mins on leaders - maybe not out of it just yet.

JD is through with a good finish, and Alison has also finished in 5th which must be good enough.

Jamie still going well at 7km. I think Rach can't be lower than 15th now, so should go through.
