Good start from Alison
JD's caught 30secs on Nordberg the leader to 7.3km
Jamies 2nd at 3km - beating Thierry!
Jenny's maybe got a chance but Rach looks to be focusing on the middle.

JD is through with a good finish, and Alison has also finished in 5th which must be good enough.
Jamie still going well at 7km. I think Rach can't be lower than 15th now, so should go through.
