claire has a cold so didn't run today and pippa unlucky to miss out by about 10 seconds. rob just missed out on mens by 7 seconds, craney just missed out too.
the race started off in town but was mainly forest with a couple of v large hills and a very green marsh. i'm sure gg will put his map up soon.
final this afternoon should be fun and all in town/parkland. the live results service looks like its pretty good

Mens A Final
Well Jamie has taken the Silver in the Sprint!! -was looking like he was going to win until Emil Wingstead (2nd last starter) came in 5 seconds up.
JD 36, GG 41 (looks like they both lost a chunck of time early on!)
