some last minute changes to tyrving team as audun weltzein, our best runner, is ill in bed, and thomas hodel has to run an early leg so he can drive home to switzerland, so yours truly now on last leg :shock:

Tonights gonna be one hell of a fight.....

IFK Göteborg have probably got the best 'team' they've ever had. Its a good group of lads who've not suffered major injuries and trained hard night training all winter. If everything clicks and the guys have that positive vibe I really think they could finally win it. Our best runners are real team players, which has'nt always been in IFK, and this could make the pyschological difference.

I reckon a close race in the end between IFK Göteborg, Halden, Kristiansand, and Kalevan. Hopefully with IFK on top......

I have a strange feeling that the Tio Mila commentary team might mention Milton Keynes at some point during the evening. Anyone care to bet against me (Gross for example)?

just came on and mines working fine.

think its gonna be hard to see past halden winning but hopefully t'will be an interesting race
