The juniors have been on about these for a while but any predictions?
Not just which country will win but perhaps who will have the good runs on the day.
To start with Matt Jones M18 a good bet for a good result as home territory of sand dunes

Well done everyone, I thought you all represented your countries brilliantly. Dave and Kay Seward who have been doing the JHI's for 12 years now (every 4 years) said that the standard of competitors has improved immensely with the winners now clocking up 5 mins per km times. It was a privilege to be there and watch you start on the individual day, sorry to some of the Irish boys and girls when calling their names out off the start list (my pronunciation was not the best). I especially liked watching the England v Ireland/Wales/Scotland rugby game. Well done England - worthy winners with the Welsh pushing Scotland hard (just 4 points behind) and Ireland fighting hard to catch some valuable points and without a full team, in fourth. I did not manage to make the relays (little freaky_charlie had rugby) but wifey said they were really hard fought and great fun especially for the last runner who came into a grandstand finish with everyone lining the finish and giving her a mexican wave.
