I organised the first SportNation production at the Welsh Champs in 2003, really good people and was involved in the pre, on the day and post edit production...I even had to sit in a room 4 weeks after the event in their London office and commentate on the action as it was played back as if it was live ...that was hard.. the room was no more than 10 foot square, headphones, microphone the lot...but my name did come up on the credits of the programme as as one of the commentators for the day...really good programme but I was crap with the ever faithful question from my co-presenter "so tell me Phil what is orienteering all about for those who have never tried it ?" arghhhh take 2, take 3...etc, the dvd and video are still available for a small fee (to cover costs).

I think I've just beaten it
