I want to ask you what's your personal best on any distance on track? (1km,1.5km,2km,3km,5km,10km etc.) And what you think, Is this indicator for us, the orienteerers... Juniors, men and women please write your years and names too.
Are you looking for data for research? Do you want people to declare times for all distances, and in respect of Pb's are you looking for current info.
I was once a sprinter, not brilliant but I have never ever managed more than 400m on track and that is too far. Hence the inability to be competitive in O except on the short grassy run ins!
I'm just trying to understand what is the level of my and others physical preparation. Is mine enough? And what you think about it. If somebody have run some distance on track.. I want to know its time. My english is not very well.. I want to compare the times on track because only they are objective reality for the physical preparation!
i think my track running will not show much as i get bored running round a track. For cross country i did 17 minutes for 4km when aged 15(I think) but never cared much about track running in the same way
