lol my brother was on that dvd trying on shoes! food was good but jen i cant agree with u on the pink juice - it was really strange and sickly. i managed to mess up the sprint right in front of everyone, didnt go to the last control cuz i didnt see it, ran straight to the finish from no 11, and ran through all the spectators, coming at it from the wrong direction. someone said 'helen, have u been to no 12?', i looked at my map, shouted 'oh jobby' and ran off again. i then took 5 minutes to find it! building? it was on a wheelie bin!!
sugar fight was amusing but i didnt get too much, all gone now!
great weekend!!

It certainly was fun - thanks to any coaches who happen to be looking.
The sprint race was my first time with emit, I kept getting the block the wrong way round and holding it in for ages waiting for the beep
I think its something which you need a bit of prctise with.
Ye it wasnt just the Welsh and suger, I heard that Eaojs were playing snap with it
