im gonna go for oleg on M18, mharky on M20, cerys on W18 and noemi on W20 ( Liz as the 1st home runner)
i think the place you might see surprises is W18 where theres a fair few good runners just moved up... having said that though, same for M18.

scotia in short, cheps in classic, mharky and marky in 20
unless mhairis sneakily entered under a false name in m20, which i reckon she would win: 2:11 for 17km on sunday, legend already.
and cerys followed by my sister on w18,

As Lordet sais Andrew Llewellyn is looking useful, good result at the DVO colour coded. I think as most he will be 4minutes and 5 seconds down on chepls. M18 will be won by EUOC, M20 will be won by The South, Wales take the W18s convinvingly and W20 by Suisse.

I get it Fred, thought you were on about Andrew L(obbin). Makes more sense now, what with him being too old...
My dark horse (only dark cos no one's really mentioned him, except Rocky) tip's gonna be Marky "B" Saunders. Running schweet as! BOOSH!

I am running the short race and the National Event (on M21s as not fit), I will give a Wilf's Chocolate brownie to the person who gets closest to the number of M20's that run faster than me in total over the weekend. (M21s=M20L)
Now, I know you're a feminist, and I think that's adorable, but this is grown-up time and I'm the man.

I dont actually think I stand a chance of keeping up with the machine thats Oleg but hopefully he can show me the way to a few. The reason I beat Colin at the w/e was that he had 'cold hands' and so "waited for me [for 3 mins]" + plus then cained it down the hill in the wrong direction trying to show me what he was made of. So just remember- when Oleg catches me up 4 mins- its cos i waited for him because I had cold hands
