janine and i are heading to Skavsta from Glasgow and Stansted respectively. We are going to travel with our club to the relay but is anyone staying overnight for the short race on the Sunday and if so then where?

According to the website (25manna.nu) the assembly field is 500m walk from Haninge Centrum commuter train station. Still have to get out there for the first start at 9 though!
My club has a team entered but the competition for places is hotter than ever (well, for the first time that I can remember there are more of us young (?) lads than there are places for...). Probably be -10 and a foot deep with snow up here by then though as well so a trip to the tropical south has a certain appeal.
Haven't heard anything about the 25manna fest though....

Haninge Centrum station is prolly closer than 500, i was there on tuesday as there is a frisbee golf course there!
im nae doing the 25 manna, but you had to walk through some of the wood to get to the course, the assembly looks wicked, good flat grass etc, its right next to the train station you can see it from there.
The area itself looks, trickyish, with lots of path network becasue it is heavily used by the public, visibility looks generally good, and its fast.

Stansted is closer than Glasgow for me really, but I'll just go wherever I'm told to.
Getting trains to Stansted proved impossible a week ago, I had to hitchike the last half when they stopped the train in Cambridge and cancelled them all . Arrived two hours later than planned, luckily my flight was delayed!

25Manna
Seeing as i'm doing some 25manna stuff I thought i'd put an encouraging reminder on here.
334 teams have registered so far (yep 8350 runners)
but no British teams!
Last year there were 341 teams,
260 Swedish, 64 Finnish and 17 Norweigen
Is there going to also be a British team this year?
