Orienteering at the World Games starts today with the Sprint. The Middle is tomorrow and then the Sprint Relay on Sunday.
The GB team is Ralph Street, Jonny Crickmore, Charlotte Ward and Cecilie Andersen. That's a pretty good team given that the World of O preview identified three GB runners as missing after WOC 2022 top-6 finishes.
Live coverage including TV and tracking on the IOF website.
Sprint start times (BST):
Jonny: 15:24
Ralph: 15:32
Cecilie 16:15
Charlotte: 16:28

But yet again the IOF page doesn't give a link for the live results
And TracTrac isn't working either...
Martin Ward, SYO (Chair) & SPOOK.

I have just watched alive replay (mass start) but no link to results... Looks like Ralph did OK, and maybe Charlotte 12-15? (judging from names getting to finish - but very cluttered).

Re: World Games 2022: Birmingham, Alabama
The IOF page still seems to think everything is secret. The main World Games site has results but it is impossible to provide any sensible link to them. The best bet is to start on the overall results page and then know that you need to look at the 15th July for Trend sports.
Men
1 Tim Robertson NZL
8 Ralph Street GB
23 Jonny Crickmore GB
Women
1 Simona Aebersold
14 Cecilie Andersen
17 Charlotte Ward
GPS Links
The area was a university campus set on a large hill and looked quite similar to many British areas. Main problem seemed to be the heat and humidity judging by how runners dived for shade as they finished.
