...is next weekend (7th/8th May). There don't appear to be any British clubs entered this year, but I'm presuming there will be a good number of British athletes running for Scandinavian clubs.
The race starts at 8:30pm BST on Saturday, and watching the first couple of legs will take you through to 10:30ish. You can then either commit to the all-nighter or head to bed and set an alarm for the climax: the last leg will be setting off about 5:00am BST on Sunday and finishing around 6:15am.
Live TV is available here and costs about £15 for the night, or £25 if you want to skip the adverts. English language commentary is by top US orienteering gurus Cristina Luis and Boris Granovskiy, the latter of whom is renowned for bringing the OUOC team back in 7th position on the first leg of the JK Trophy at Caerwent (in 2007), a position that their second-leg runner was sadly unable to maintain.

Re: 10Mila 2022
Teams (as I write this not all teams have announced) are at https://eventor.orientering.se/Events/S ... EventClass
Damkavlen (start 12:15 our time) teams are from 501, based on 2019 finish position. Jo runs leg 2 for Halden 2 (523), Laura is also leg 2 (handing to Fiona) and both could be near enough the front to see them on TV. Cat (504), Cecilie (513), Fiona (552) have the long ungaffled leg 3 for their clubs. Grace anchors Kalevan Rasti (533) and Megan anchors Rajamäen Rykmentti (566), I guess TV time is not so likely for them.
In TioMila GG has leg 7 for Kalevan Rasti (4), and Alan has leg 2 for Nydalens (12). Will, Hector and Peter run for Lidingö (27) and (probably) Matt and Ralph for Bækkelagets (29).

Pleased to be proven wrong about TV time for Grace, and enjoyed her interview.
