This year's event will take place on Saturday 24 March on two separate parts of Delamere, near Frodsham in Cheshire (with thanks to DEE).
Entries are now open on www.Fabian4.co.uk
Initial details are available on the JOK website here :
https://www.jok.org.uk/chasing_sprint/2018
The following day has an MDOC UKUL event not far away in Macclesfield, so why not make a weekend of it.

Shame to see entries so low but the date always seemed a bit optimistic, what with Scottish Spring & various other bits on at the same time?

Entries usually arrive just before the entry date.
I'm probably going to enter. It looks like a good warm up for the JK. The Scottish Spring is also very tempting but is probably too much racing (and travelling) just a week before JK.
And, as usual, my body is a bit fragile so no point entering before I need to in case I get injured again in the meantime.
So don't despair King Penguin.

JOK Chasing Sprint was in the BO calendar before Scottish Spring .....
Date chosen to minimise clashes (at the time) and with another event nearby (MDOC UKUL Macclesfield) on the Sunday for those who want to make a weekend of it.

Re: JOK Chasing Sprint 2018
After a late surge we have 58 entries on course 3.
The Prologue start window was originally set as 1 hour, and some classes combined onto this course based on early entry numbers.
We will now endeavour to have everything ready for first runners to start from 10:45 (rather than 11:00). Please be ready to run as early as you can after this.

Thank you to all who entered and ran - I hope you enjoyed it - and particularly to all helpers without whom it would not have been possible.
