Is it just my schoolboy send of humour or is it just a normal e-mail address for the new CEO, Peter Hart : phart@britishorienteering.org...

Re: New CEO
Perhaps he could hire a Miss Sarah Tink as his assistant? Or a Mr Simon Melley?

Well, having had a childish snigger, maybe I should grow up.
It's embarrassing enough having a Governing Body with a title that abbreviates to BO, without having an e-mail address for the CEO that everyone remembers for the wrong reasons.
Let's hope it is changed - does Peter have a middle initial that could be added? or use peterhart? or just ceo?

Corporate email addresses are a minefield. Where I worked we had a directive that it would be the first 8 letters of your surname, no exceptions: but one of the employee's names was Horsepool

Re: New CEO
in 2x 4 year stints at university my initials have resulted in me being [prefix]nob as username/email address.
I have another middle name they don't use - my parents aren't that harsh.
It did seem fitting at times past mind.

Any ideas for new formats to address falling membership?
