It basically means anyone can sue you for discrimination for anything if they find a smart enough lawyer. So people on small course are discriminated against because they're more like to not get points, and people on large courses are discriminated against because their top-6 doesn't benefit from the statistical noise in small course.
Truly, you can't win.
