Re: EUOC Big Weekend
Bart had his arm twisted to organise this year so I'm not surprised that there is little detail as yet. He's always been a bit last minute. I'm sure there will be in due course, although I hope his EUOC club mates will be helping him out
Personally I hope this means he is concentrating on getting a degree.

Hi yes, organisation is well under way. Sorry about the lack of details so far. I am aiming to get entries online and I'll add details about the event up on the website by the end of the week. We had a successful meeting today with the Estate Manager of George Heriots school so an assembly there can now be confirmed. There's some pretty nice views from the assembly area that you can check out on the Facebook page (www.facebook.com/euocbigweekend). Any other announcements will also be posted there so worth giving it a 'like' if you're on Facebook! Otherwise keep an eye on the word press website kindly linked above! I'll also stick any big announcements on Nopesport for you too.

Some details might be nice...
e.g. Sunday is in Holyrood Park, as usual, with a wee twist, as usual. Fabulous courses planned by Callum White. Your colour coded courses feature some terrain sprint-O on a Sprint standard map, segueing into some middle-distance type stuff on a 1:7500 regular O-map, with a microsprint interlude on a bespoke maps. The park is in exceptionally good running condition at the moment, thanks to a long dry spell. Dryness on the day subject to availability.

Re: EUOC Big Weekend
I'm guessing that there has been a problem with either oentries or the start times as there were times up on Wed morning but there were people missing and then the times disappeared and the people re-appeared.
Some information as to what's happening would be nice, even if it was just to say that things are broken.

Re: EUOC Big Weekend
in the version that went up on Tuesday evening there were competitors on WO and MV with the same start time (on the same course) - am hoping they've taken them away to fix this and other errors. They were up long enough for me to notice that on Sunday I was scheduled to start 1 min ahead of and 1 min behind the same people as last year...

Do you think it may have been last year's startlist that was on show?

I had thought it was just coincidence - but now i've checked the start list (which I cut into excel) it has last year's age categories for some folk i know have moved up

Re: EUOC Big Weekend
Hi.
I'm sorry, the link in the final details was to last years event. I think the age categories in OEntries automatically update... The start times for this years event will be up in about half an hour. Sorry about that..
