Control 189 was somewhat hidden under a tree - even in daylight.

Yes, indeed - as the cuts on my (bald) head testify.
When I was there it took 7 or 8 of us to (eventually) find the flag!!

On further reflection, perhaps the fallen tree could have been shown on the map with a splash of green by/over the depression?

No complaints though - a well planned and organised event - all credit to SLOW.

I recall 3 or 4 items of lost property being loaded into The Loofa's car at
around 10:00am. You could email "andyloofa"@"blueyonder"dot"co"dot"uk"
to see if it was amongst that lot.

Catfish - I ended up with 5 warm tops which had been left. People must have been dis-robing rapidly in the heat. However - are you sure its Craft? None of them say Craft.

I presumed it was a craft top as it was a quick buy from Ultrasport on the JK day 3 when they insisted we had to wear top cover, however it was a dark red and black jacket zip up jacket.

And if the 3rd member of the family, who ran the last leg for the B team, had swapped with me running the last leg they would have still won (and with 3 less handicap points).
