British Orienteering Award for Services to Orienteering
I'm just going to note that Peter Firth - a long time friend and the father of fellow noper smf has been presented with the above award for services (over a long period of time) to both NEOA and NATO. He has always been a man who went the extra yard and solved more problems than I can count and the award is truly well deserved (now if he'd tell me how he can be running even slower than me, take a longer route and still record a faster split than me...)
Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg
